This policy covers this public website, inquiries, and the client communications and storage described below. The client portal and work performed under a client agreement may involve additional data processing; request the applicable notice before sharing client or customer data there.

When you email us or book a call, we receive the contact information and details you choose to share. These may include your name, work email, phone number, company, scheduling preferences, message, and attachments.

For client work, we may also receive business documents, shared files, meeting communications, and invoice or bank-wire reference information needed to provide services and reconcile payments. We use Google for client communications and meetings, and AWS for data storage.

Our website hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. This website does not have an account-registration form, payment form, or file-upload feature.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information, or your customers’ personal information in an initial inquiry.

We use inquiry and booking details to respond, arrange meetings, understand your business needs, and discuss or administer a potential engagement. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

This website does not include advertising pixels, cross-site advertising tools, or visitor analytics scripts. Booking a call does not sign you up for a paid service.

• Calendly — appointment booking. Selecting “Book a Call” opens Calendly. It collects the details entered into its booking form and shares appointment information with us. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
• Google — client communications and meetings. Google processes email, attachments, calendar invitations, participant details, and meeting communications as needed to provide these services. See Google’s privacy policy; Google Workspace services are also subject to the applicable customer and data-processing terms.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — data storage. We store business and client data in AWS. Access, location, and retention depend on the services and account settings used for the engagement. See AWS’s customer-data privacy information.
• Banks — wire payments. Clients pay by bank wire. The banks involved process transfer and account information under their own notices; we use payment records to reconcile invoices. We do not use an online billing or subscription service.
• LinkedIn and Instagram — external links. These services receive information when you visit them under their own privacy notices. Their feeds and tracking widgets are not embedded here.
• Client portal — a separate service. The login link opens portal.ponderosacommerce.com. Any additional account or file-processing practices need to be disclosed with that service.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Contact us about the provider, processing location, and applicable transfer safeguards for a specific engagement. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a lawful obligation or protect legal rights.

Our advertised services include AI-assisted shoppable assets and content work. This public website does not run an AI chatbot or send visitor messages, browsing activity, or uploads to an AI model.

For client work involving AI, the provider, material to be processed, purpose, retention, and any model-training use need to be established for that engagement before personal or confidential information is submitted. This website policy does not grant permission to use your information to train AI models.
