Our catalog and content services include AI-assisted shoppable assets. AI may assist with drafting or creative production in an agreed engagement. It can produce inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate material, so outputs need human review for factual accuracy, rights, platform requirements, and suitability before publication.

There is no interactive AI assistant on this public website. See the Privacy Policy’s AI disclosure for the distinction between browsing this site and sharing material for client work.

Before confidential or personal information is included in an AI workflow, establish the approved provider, purpose, permitted data, retention, and training settings for the engagement. Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or third-party data without the necessary authority and safeguards. This policy does not authorize model training on client information.

Our safety standard prohibits AI-assisted material that encourages self-harm, gives instructions for suicide or violence, exploits people, or fabricates endorsements. Report concerning material through our AI safety contact with a link or short description, without including private information about another person.

Any future interactive assistant needs a tested response for self-harm concerns before launch: acknowledge distress without judgment, avoid harmful instructions, encourage immediate human support, and provide relevant crisis resources. A policy page alone is not a chatbot safety control.
