Cancellation & Renewals

Email a cancellation request to hello@ponderosacommerce.com. Include your company, the service or agreement, and your requested end date. You do not need to book a sales call to send a request.

This link opens your email app; send the message to submit it. It does not automatically stop a charge or terminate an agreement. The effective end date, any notice period, and amounts due depend on your agreement and applicable law. Request written confirmation of the end date and any remaining charges.

Clients pay by bank wire under their agreed payment terms. We do not use an online billing or subscription service, and this website does not collect card details or initiate automatic charges. A call booking is not a paid subscription. Any continuing service commitment, invoice, or contractual renewal depends on your written agreement; paying by wire does not itself end that agreement.

Any agreement that renews must clearly state its amount, payment frequency, renewal date, cancellation method, and notice deadline. Our renewal policy requires a written reminder early enough to act before the cancellation deadline, with any price change and a direct cancellation route. The timing must be documented in the agreement and satisfy applicable law.

There is no automated subscription billing or reminder system on this website. Renewal notices for any applicable client agreement must be handled by the team through Google communications. Contact us to confirm the schedule for your engagement; this page is not confirmation that a notice has already been sent.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, use the link in your Calendly confirmation or email us. Refund eligibility and completed-work charges depend on your agreement and applicable law; this page does not create an additional fee or remove a statutory refund right.

To remove information after an engagement ends, also submit a data deletion request.
